Planning for the Developpement of Regi Lagni A Borbonic Age Site in Campania Region: the canal, the lake, and the urban waterfront.

The urban ecological challenges and maintenance strategies aren’t in antithesis, but to be sustainable must integrate some requisite of energetic efficiency, correct integration of renewable energy sources and forecast the effects of climate changes on the architectural heritage and on authenticity and truthfulness values, recognized by the Unesco, and threatened by climate change.

How to integrate these echo-technologies without jeopardize historical heritage authenticity: case of study the territorial planning in Campania Region: "The Ecological Corridor of Regi Lagni".

The decontamination and redevelopment project of canals, created by Borboni Kings, has been framed into the more big master plan of hydrographic basin area where are included Domitian littoral and the Patria Lake and Liternum archaeological site near Campi Flegrei, Naples Province.

The preliminary feasibility study has been commissioned by Region with Authority Basin Support and it suggest, in the context of Territorial Master Plan, the navigability of valley bar, today a storage of open wasted land, the reforestation of adjacent demanial land to project an agricultural land with the restoration of historic hydraulic system, formed furthermore by industrial hydraulic archaeology, to increment the tourism and the research field.

Nearby the project of canal waterfront, it’s present the waterfront of Patria ‘s Lake, where it’s expected the installation of sporting equipments and the waterfront Domitian restoration.

Guidelines are discussed sustaining the developpement dynamics, in the most degraded and polluted site of the world, whit a lot of redemption for the environmental and architectural heritage (Reggia di Carditello)

Developing a knowledge plan for all the present cultural resources in the area, to use for retraining the environment, facing climate change and imploring the bad destiny: to invest notable capitals to clean up the territory and to restore monuments, returning in 20-30 years to the point of departure and under worse conditions.
